  Conduct in-depth research through interviews, attending relevant events, and on-ground observation to accurately understand and portray subject matter.

  Generate, develop, and propose creative ideas that can be shaped into compelling film scripts with strong emotional and cultural resonance.

• 3.

  Write, review, revise, and finalize film scripts, ensuring high narrative quality, coherence, and originality.

• 4.

  Strong command of English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi—both written and spoken.

• 5.

  Ability to seamlessly blend British settings and sensibilities with the soul of Indian culture, creating authentic cross-cultural narratives. Preferred: Prior experience writing stories set in the UK with Indian sensibilities.

• 1 Video Editor- Skills & Requirements

• 1.

  Expert proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.

• 2.

  Strong skills in colour grading, including balancing Western cinematic palettes with vibrant Indian visual sensibilities.

• 3.

  Strong understanding of Indian culture, emotions, storytelling patterns, and visual rhythms—particularly those popular in Bollywood, Punjabi cinema, and regional industries.

• 4.

  Ability to balance British sensibilities (subtlety, realism, restrained cuts) with Indian sensibilities (emotion-driven editing, impactful visuals, musicality) depending on the project.

• 5.

  Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi/Urdu knowledge is a plus).
